Carol Lee-Young, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Carol has always had a passion for helping others. She finds it extremely rewarding to be able to give her clients the gift of hearing and you can often hear her say to them, ‘Do you hear what I hear?’
Throughout her 15+ year career she had the pleasure of working with many organizations including the Infant Hearing Program of Ontario. Carol is also very hands on with numerous types of assisted listening devices, which include but are not limited to, FM systems and Bone Conduction Hearing devices. When Carol is not helping clients with their hearing needs, she’s spending time with friends and family. Fun Fact – Carol is an advanced figure skater and enjoys sports. As a member of the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario (CASLPO) and the Canadian Academy of Audiology (CAA), her studies have allowed her to obtain a Masters of Science and a Doctorate of Audiology. She is committed to go above and beyond to ensure that by the end of their appointment they can truly ‘Hear what she hears!’
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Kirk was born with a hearing loss and has always been motivated to help others with their hearing loss. Wearing hearing aids from a young age has helped Kirk better understand the issues and struggles
people face with a hearing loss and how they can improve their hearing to better their lives.
Kirk is a member of the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario (AHIP). He has worked with various organizations throughout his career always looking to better the lives of patients by helping them with the gift of better hearing. Kirk has had the pleasure of working with many clients over the years. He has seen hearing loss caused by chronic exposure to loud noise, build of up of ear wax, ear infections, damaged eardrums, some medications, certain illnesses, or simply the natural aging process. In all cases, he enjoys spending the time to work with patients to help them manage their hearing loss and enjoy hearing all that life has to offer.
Outside of work Kirk enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Kirk loves to work in the garden, go hiking, skiing, painting, and playing board games. Kirk also has a degree in the culinary arts and enjoys hosting friends and family for dinner parties. Kirk is committed to going above and beyond to make sure patients can hear what matters to them most.
